![]() This ties up your Work verb and uses Talk occasionally, but generates Erudition, which you can possibly use to merge lores. You can get these by doing commissions for mentors provided you have the appropriate lore. You want SH6 so there you go.Ģ) For repair costs you need Spintria or what it's called I forget. What I'm getting at here is it's okay to spam Stag door a bit. That's entirely sufficient reason, and as to why SH8 and SH6 aren't just switched, well, IMO it works the way it works so players need to think a bit. Well it's because if you want to spam summons for expeditions (which you would), Teresa and King are more difficult to get, practically speaking, than Maid. You might ask why SH6 repeatable loot is better than SH8 repeatable loot. ![]() The other big SH repeatabless are 12 (for a rare) and 14 (for two rares), though IMO spamming 14 is better. Okay well anyways IMO it comes down to this - some pretty major spoilers follow, but anyone reading this far into the thread ought to know there's spoilers so I'll leave off the spoiler tag for easier reading -ġ) Pretty much you do want to spam Secret Histories 6 (whether you get it directly or whether you break up SH 8 for it), because with Teresa and King as summons, you have a no-curse way to get 1 common and 2 uncommons by grinidng the repeatable location. Pretty major gameplay spoilers here - and some spoilers in general for players that haven't played through. Originally posted by vindicar:Currently I'm using Stag door, because it gives you mid-level stuff rather consistently, and the entrance is cheap.Ĭockeyed Door is harder due to needed tools (and repair costs), and Spider Door is just. Plus I haven't been that lucky with the Lore, so that is needed as well. I'm doing a challenge of creating every artifact painting - which means I need a lot of ingredients. ![]() I just use Lore to walk straight past, to the Peacock Door.Īs for not needing many secret histories. Spider door I prefer to avoid because I like to keep sacrifices at minimum. I know, but said tool is level 12 Knock artifact - by the time it turns up you probably have everything already. Just five of each gets you every single location. You don't really need all that many Secret Histories. One of those methods also seems to produce prisoners without notoriety at all, though I'd have to go look to remember which. The main issue is Notoriety, which can be fixed by a Heart Follower doing their thing, or by just not giving a damn. Spider Door has lots of ways to get the ingredient to satisfy it. There is a tool that can open the Peacock Door without breaking, but repairing mirrors really isn't so bad. Some things, like Influences, can be combined to get the higher levels if you really want to avoid more difficult doors.
